Pricing
One fee. Fifteen per cent.
Consultants set their own rate and keep every penny of it. Businesses pay that rate plus a 15% FRAC fee, shown as its own line. Nothing is deducted from the consultant and nothing is hidden from the business.

01
Confirm and start
Both sides confirm the rate, the days and the notice terms. A direct debit mandate is set up. For most businesses there is nothing to pay up front.
02
Work happens
The consultant delivers the agreed days. No timesheets — you agreed the commitment up front.
03
You are invoiced
At the end of the month, for the month just worked. You never pay for work that has not been delivered.
04
The consultant is paid
On a fixed date, guaranteed, whether or not your payment has cleared. That credit risk is ours, not theirs.
We check both sides. Consultants are ID-checked, referenced and their results evidenced before they can list. Businesses get a standard credit check in the background at confirmation — nothing to fill in, and for most it is invisible. It is not about trust; it is what lets us guarantee the consultant gets paid, and it is why the good ones list with us at all.
One rate, published, the same for everyone. We do not discount the fee for larger clients or negotiate it deal by deal. You can see exactly what FRAC charges and exactly what the consultant receives, on every profile, before you speak to anyone.
Pre-launch. Commercial terms are subject to final legal review before the first engagement goes live.
